Pre-enrolment & Student Information
Unique Student Identifier (USI)
Students are required to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).

Facilities
Benchmark College campus at Penrith and Sydney CBD have:

Trainers/Assessors
Benchmark College staff are an integral part of our students journey towards growth. From the time of the information session to the time that you graduate student's will be assisted by staff who are dedicated to providing you with a quality service.
Study Resources
Students will be supplied learning resources at the commencement of training. These resources are useful to understand the course topics, assessment tasks, and will also provide reference material once you are in the workplace.
Some qualifications may require you to purchase additional textbooks. You may be able to buy allocated text books directly from the College or from local/online book stores. For further information, please refer to the ‘Refund Policy’ .
Special Learning Needs
If you have any special needs in relation to your course, please advise the staff at Benchmark College as soon as possible via email info@benchmark.edu.au.

Support Services
We understand that at times students may require additional services outside of our area of expertise. A range of services including personal and career advisory/counselling services are available. For most services, staff at Benchmark College can contact the provider on your behalf, or you can self-refer. If you require us to contact an external service on your behalf, please talk to your Trainer, or contact the Training Manager. Click here for more information about our support services.
Complaints and Appeals
Benchmark College is committed to developing and maintaining a timely, fair and equitable system for Complaints and Appeals which is easily accessible and offered to students/clients at no charge.
Wherever possible, students, clients and staff are encouraged to resolve concerns or difficulties directly with the person(s) concerned. There are trainers, administrative staff and management staff available to assist you in resolving issues at this level. If the issue is not resolved, a formal complaint or appeal can be lodged. An appeal procedure is available to students who believe the assessment process or any assessment event was inappropriately or ineffectively carried out and therefore resulted in an inappropriate assessment or decision being made. Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning

Benchmark College provides students prior to enrolment and during their enrolment to apply for Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning to attain unit/s of competence which relates to their chosen qualification. Administration
Change of Personal Details
Students must inform the College as soon as practicable but not later than 7 days following the change of any of their contact details. Please advise us in writing, via email info@benchmark.edu.au
Head Office will update details on the Student Management System.
Use of Personal Information
Student information may be shared between the College and relevant regulatory authorities. This information includes personal details, course enrolment and completion details.
