Traineeships are an agreement between the Trainee, Employer and Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Traineeships can be full time or part time and vary in duration, approximately 1-2 years.
Employers and Supervisors play an integral role in mentoring and supervising their trainee.
The ultimate goal of a Traineeship is to provide industry with professionals that are not only competent and work ready on course completion but who are dedicated and committed to delivering high quality work outcomes.
