Benchmark College are always keen to hear from individuals who would like to work with us. We are continuously seeking experienced vocational educators across all areas of our scope to deliver classroom-based and/or employment-based training.

 

Essential criteria for trainer/assessors:

 

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent. 

• Current vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed.

• Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided.

• Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs their training and assessment.

• Current Working With Children Check.

• Experience delivering learning and conducting assessments in class and workplace.. 

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Experience supporting and engaging students in their course.

• Committed to the success of student learning.
